BBQ Thai Garlic Beef

Ingredients:

Beef pasanday 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Green chilies paste 2 tbsp
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Thai red curry paste 1 tbsp
Basil 1/3 tsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 1-2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Direction:

Mix all ingredients except oil in bowl and leave for 2-3 hours.
Now skew beef on skewers or bbq sticks.
Cook on coal on low flame or steam it, fry it and give smoke of coal.
Then give grill mark on grill pan, take it out, keep on serving dish and serve with sauce.
