Ingredients:

For Marination:

Chicken boneless breast 2
Garlic crushed 1/2tsp
Oregano leaves 1/2 tsp
Thyme leaves 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Hoi son sauce 1 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Sauce:

Oil 2 tbsp
Onion 3 tbsp chopped
Crushed garlic 2 tsp
Tomatoes cubes 1 cup
BBQ sauce 4 tbsp
Roasted & crushed peanuts 1 tbsp
Butter 1 oz

Method:

Marinate chicken with all ingredients.
Now heat butter in frying pan and fry 2 tsp garlic with marinated chicken for 10 minutes until tender.
For sauce: Heat oil in second pan.
Now put onion and 2 tsp garlic and fry for 2 minutes till onion is soft.
Then add tomatoes with 1/4 cup water, salt and bbq sauce, cook for 1 minute and take it out.
Then serve cooked chicken with sauce on platter.
Garnish with peanuts and garlic rice.
