125 gms Margarine
50 gms walnuts
1/2 tsp soda Bicarb
225 gms powdered sugar
3 ripe bananas
225 gms refined flour
1/4th tsp salt
Sift the flour with soda & salt.
In a separate bowl, cream butter & sugar till light & fluffy.
Beat eggs separately. Add gradually to the creamed mixture beating well all the time.
Add mashed bananas with 1 tbsp flour. Mix well.
Fold in the sifted flour. Add chopped walnuts.
Pour in a greased & floured loaf tin.
Bake at 170 C/ 325 F for 35-40 mins
