Balsamic Roast Beef

Ingredients:

Boneless beef 1-3/4 pound
Beef stock 1 cup
Balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
Crushed garlic 4

Method:

Mix all ingredients, put beef and cook on low flame on big pan or pressure cooker.
When ready, put gravy on roast beef and serve.
