Ingredients
- 10 big green chilies
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 2 tbsp tamarind pulp
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp achar masala
- 1 tsp jaggery
- 1 tsp red pepper crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method
- Wash green chillies and pat dry.
- Then make slits on green chilies.
- Keep aside.
- In a small bowl, combine together tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup, achar masala,salt, red pepper and jaggery.
- Stuff green chilies with this mixture.
- Now heat oil in a deep pan over medium high heat.
- Fry stuffed green chilies for 2-3 minutes or until well done.
- Put in a jar.
- Pour the remaining oil in jar.
- Achari Imli Mirch is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
