Directions

Step 1

Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes. Slice the kabocha into thin wedges. Set aside.

Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
