    Method:

    Marinate chops with ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, garam masala powder and fried onion for 30 minutes.Heat oil; add the marinated chops with 1 cup water. cover and cook till chops tender and water dries.

    For Topping:

    Beat yogurt with all the ingredients.Heat up coil on fire. Before serving heat chops and off the flame. Pour yogurt over chops (do not stir), place foil and set heated coal on foil. Cover and give smoke for 5-8 minutes.Discard coil. Slightly mix, dish out and serve.

    2 tsp Red chili powder
    1 tsp Salt
    ½ tsp Garam masala powder heaved
    3 tbsp Brown onions (ground)
    ¼ cup Oil
    1 tsp Cumin seeds
    For Topping:
    1 cup Yogurt
    ½ tsp Salt
    ½ tsp Garlic Paste
    2 tbsp Coriander leaves
    2 Green chilies (chopped)
    Coal for simmer
