Vanilla Cake Recipe in Urdu





    Cooking Directions
    Beat eggs to make foam and gradually add caster sugar while beating.

    Now add flour to the beaten eggs and fold. Add vanilla essence and mix well.

    Pour the mixture into the greased mold and put it in a preheated oven at 200 degree for 20 minutes.

    For filling:

    Beat dairy cream with castor sugar and vanilla essence.

    When cake is ready, take it out from the mold and cut it into half.

    Now on one half, spread pineapple juice and cream.

    Put the other half on top and cover the whole cake with whipped cream.

    Now decorate the cake as you like with cream.

    Freeze for 1 hour and serve.
