    Cooking Directions

    1. Blend all ingredients for balls and remove in a bowl.
    2. Make small balls of the mixture.
    3. Heat oil in a pot saute ginger garlic paste till aroma comes.
    4. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
    5. When tomatoes become tender blend all spices in a blender.
    6. Put mixture back in the pot.
    7. Add yogurt and cook balls on low flame for 10 minutes.
    8. Dish out when the oil separates.
    9. Then garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies.

    250 gm Chicken mince meat
    5 Bread slices
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    1 tbsp All Spicy Powder
    2 tsp Red chili powder
    4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
    ½ tsp Turmeric powder
    2 tbsp Corn flour
    1 tsp Salt
    3 Green chilies (finely cut)
    4 Tomatoes (finely cut)
    ½ cup Yogurt
    ¼ cup Water
    2 tsp All Spicy Powder
    1 tbsp Tomato paste
    2 tsp Red chili powder
    4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
    ½ tsp Turmeric powder
    1 tsp Salt
    4 tbsp Oil
    Green chilies for garnishing
    Coriander Fresh for garnishing (chopped)
