    1. Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, flour, corn flour, baking powder and egg.
    2. Mix all together make into balls.
    3. Deep fry till light golden, remove and keep aside.
    4. For Sauce: Heat stock in a wok add salt, white pepper, vinegar, sugar, soya sauce, ketchup, orange color, all the vegetables, pineapple and oil.
    5. When mixture boiling thickens with corn flour paste.
    6. Lastly add in fried chicken, mix well and serve.

    3 tbsp Flour heaped
    3 tbsp Corn flour

    ½ tsp Salt
    ½ tsp White pepper
    3 tbsp Vinegar
    1 tbsp Sugar
    1 tbsp Soya sauce
    ½ cup Ketchup
    1 pinch Orange food color
    1 Carrot (cut into round slices)
    1 Capsicum (cut into square cubes)
    1 Tomato seeds (removed cut into cubes)
    1 Onion (cut into cubes)
    ½ cup Pineapple (cubes)
    ¼ cup Oil
    3 tbsp Corn flour paste
