Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and sugar until smooth and free of lumps. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly brush with butter. Pour a small amount of batter and cook each crepe until lightly golden on both sides. Repeat until all crepes are done.
Step 3
Prepare the almond filling by grinding almonds into a fine powder and mixing with a little sugar and milk to form a smooth paste.
Step 4
Layer the crepes with almond filling and sliced strawberries in between each layer, creating a stacked effect.
Step 5
Top the stack with remaining strawberries and a sprinkle of almond slices. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
