Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the ladyfingers. Cut off the tips and slice them into 2-inch pieces.

Step 2

Grind mustard seeds with a little water to make a smooth paste.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Step 4

Add garlic and green chilies to the pan.

Step 5

Sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 6

Add the mustard paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well for 2 minutes.

Step 7

Add ladyfingers and water. Cook covered on low heat until the ladyfingers are tender.

Step 8

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
