Directions

Step 1

Wash the eggplants and make slits on them. Apply a little oil and roast them over an open flame until the skin is charred.

Allow the eggplants to cool. Peel off the charred skin and mash the flesh in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
