    Cooking Directions

    1. Heat oil and add crushed cloves and salt.
    2. Add chicken, fry them till water dries.
    3. Then add ginger garlic water add tomatoes (chopped).
    4. When cooked add crushed red chilies, black pepper and cumin.
    5. When oil separates, add green chilies and ginger.
    6. Turn off the stove, add whole all spice powder and garnish with coriander leaves.

    1 kg Tomatoes
    ½ cup Yogurt
    2 tbsp Black pepper
    1/8 cup Ginger garlic water
    4 – 6 Cloves
    1 tbsp Salt
    1 tbsp Cumin (crushed and brown)
    1tbsp All spice powder
    1tsp Red chilies (crushed)
    6 Green chilies
    1 inch Ginger
    as required Oil
    Coriander leaves for garnishing
