Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine minced beef with finely chopped onion, garlic, and ginger.

Add chopped green chili, fresh mint, coriander, cumin, and salt to the mixture.

Crack in one egg and sprinkle gram flour to bind the mixture well.
