Directions

Step 1

Cut the beef into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, dissolve the saffron in 2 tablespoons of warm water.

In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, sugar, and the saffron water. Add beef and marinate for 20 minutes.
