Romantic Chocolate Cake Recipe in Urdu




Cooking Directions

For sponge: In a mixing bowl beat eggs and sugar.

When batter becomes fluffy, add plain flour, coffee, baking powder, baking soda and coco powder to beat.

Now slowly fold it till batter become smooth.

Now take a heart shape pan and pour batter in pan and coat it with aluminum foil to bake for 20 minutes on 200c and then remove the foil and again bake it for 10 minutes.

For syrup: In a sauce pan add as required water and sugar and make syrup.

Then add strawberry in it and take them out.

Now cut sponge from the center and drop syrup on both the side and joint it.

Garnish it with cherry, chocolate and strawberry.

6 Egg
2 cups Sugar
200 gm Chocolate bar
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tbsp Coffee
2 tbsp Baking powder
4 tbsp Coco powder
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Strawberry
1 cup Olpers Cream
Water as required
