Rabri Falooda Recipe in Urdu





Boil milk add solid milk and sugar simmer for 30 minutes scrapping the sides till half left, remove from fire. Add pistachio, green cardamom powder and prepared rubbri, keep aside. To Serve: Take a tall glass put half cup prepared rubbri, top with ice, boiled falooda noodles, strawberry ice cream, jam e shirin and tuk malanga seeds. Stir gently and serve immediately.

4 cups Milk
4 tbsp jam e shirin
1 cup Solid milk
½ tsp (grinded) Green cardamom
½ cup Readymade rubbri
Ice as required (crushed)
2 cups Falooda noodles (boiled for 5 minutes)
Strawberry ice cream as required
4 tbsp Rose syrup
2 tbsp Tuk malanga seeds (soaked in water)
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp (sliced) Pistachio
