    Recipe Cooking Method:

    • Directions for making Filling:
    • In a pan heat oil, add chicken and cook for a minute.
    • Add blended tomato and cook for a minute.
    • Add ketchup, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper, salt, red chili powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    • In a bowl add cooked chicken, onion, carrots, sweet corns and capsicum. Mix everything well.
    • Make a cone of cardboard and wrap it with aluminum foil.
    • Wrap the dough around the cone and bake it at 180 degree for 12-15 minutes.
    • Cover the cone with pizza sauce from inside then add cheese at the bottom, then add filling, cheese, filling and top with some more cheese.
    • Add some sliced olive and sprinkle some oregano at the top.
    • Bake again at 180 degree until cheese melts.
    • Add the flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a bowl and combine.
    • Add the water, 2 tbsp oil and mix properly.
    • Knead until the dough forms into a ball.
    • If dough is too dry add additional water knead again.
    • Add 2 tsp oil to grease the bowl and dough.
    • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place to let it double in size, about 1 hour.
    • Take the dough out on a lightly floured surface and gently knead to make a smooth and firm ball.

    4 cups all purpose flour, plus more for rolling
    1 tsp sugar
    2 tsp yeast
    1 tsp salt
    Warm water (as required)
    2 tbsp olive oil
