Pina Colada Cup Cakes Recipe in Urdu





    Cooking Directions
    Pre-heat oven on 190 degrees.

    Beat together butter and castor sugar untill creamy.

    Add in coconut essence, coconut cream and 2 eggs.

    Now beat them for 1 minute.

    Add in flour and beat on low speed.

    Keep beating until mixture is smooth.

    Fold in 4 tbsp of chopped pineapples.

    Divide the mixture into paper cases.

    Bake them for 20 mins.

    Removethem and cool on wire rake.

    Topping: Mix icing sugar with coconut essence and coconut cream.

    Mix them well to make a thick glossy icing.

    Spread the icing over each cupcake.

    Thread a peice of pineapple and cherry onto a coocktail umbrella.

    Press them into each cupcake.

    Serve your beautiful pina colada cupcakes.

    4 and 1/2 oz Castor sugar

    1/2 cup Olpers cream
    1/2 tsp Coconut essence
    2-3 tbsp Pineapple chopped
    4-1/2 oz Self raisng Flour
    For icing topping:
    5 oz Icing sugar
    1/2 tsp Coconut essence
    2 tbsp Coconut cream
    Pineapple cubes for decoration
    Glazed cherries for decoration
