Peshaweri Karahi Recipe is a very famous dish, We can easily make Peshaweri Karahi at home as well, Especially Peshaweri Karahi is a very instant and popular recipe you can make it for lunch, breakfast or for dinner as well.
Recipe Cooking Method:
- Heat oil/ghee and fry onion for 5 minutes on high flame.
- Now add in meat, tomato, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
- Add 2 cups water. Cover and cook till meat tender.
- Now add butter and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Add green chilies, green coriander and yogurt and cook on high flame till oil comes on top.
- Serve with naan.
