    Recipe Cooking Method:

    1. Heat oil/ghee and fry onion for 5 minutes on high flame.
    2. Now add in meat, tomato, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
    3. Add 2 cups water. Cover and cook till meat tender.
    4. Now add butter and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
    5. Add green chilies, green coriander and yogurt and cook on high flame till oil comes on top.
    6. Serve with naan.
