    Recipe Cooking Method:                          

    • Heat oil/ghee and fry onion for 5 minutes on high flame.
    • Now add in meat, tomato, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
    • Add 2 cups water. Cover and cook till meat tender.
    • Now add butter and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
    • Add green chilies, green coriander and yogurt and cook on high flame till oil comes on top.
    • Serve with naan.
