Peaches and Cream Cake
1 ½ cups Olpers Cream
2 cans Peaches(sliced)
2 tsp Vanilla essence
150 gram Plain flour
206 gram Caster sugar
1-2 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp 30 gram Oil
Whip the cream until foamy.
Beat the eggs to make foam and gradually add caster sugar while beating.
Cut the peaches into thin slices and do not use fresh peaches as they will harden the cake.
Now add flour to the beaten eggs and fold. Do not whisk or otherwise cake will not rise.
Pour half of the mixture in another bowl.
Add oil in left mixture and fold.
Now add this mixture again to that mixture which we saved before and fold.
Now add milk and baking powder in to the whole mixture and fold it again.
Pour the mixture into the greased mold and put it in a preheated oven for 30 minutes on 180 degree.
When cake is ready, take it out from the mold and cut it into half.
Now on one half, spread the whipped cream and place peach slices.
Put the other half on top and cover the whole cake with whipped cream.
Now decorate the cake as you like or just place peach slices on top and serve.
