Oven Chicken with Vegetable Recipe in Urdu

    1. Cut chicken into slices, finely chop all the vegetables and keep aside.
    2. In a bowl mix put together sliced chicken, chopped vegetables, ladyfinger, garlic, tomato paste, salt, black pepper and butter.
    3. Mix very well, spread mixture in an oven proof dish, also add a little water in corners.
    4. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
    5. Then remove dish from oven, spread cheddar cheese on top.
    6. Bake for another 5 minutes.
    7. Then remove from and Serve immediately.

    250 gm Green beans
    1 Brinjal
    2 Tomatoes

    to taste Salt
    4 tbsp Butter
    ¼ cup Water
    ½ packet Cheddar cheese
