Directions

Step 1

Drain and pat dry the tofu, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.

In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a simmer. Add the osmanthus and let steep for 5 minutes.

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the ginger and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the tofu cubes to the pan and gently fry until golden on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Stir to combine, then simmer for 10 minutes.

Slice the pear thinly and add to the pan along with the tangerine blossom essence. Cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and serve warm.
