Make sure the cream is cold and thick. Remove anything that is watery. Keep the bowls and cream cold, the cream will be better only in cold conditions.Beat the cream in intervals while checking consistently as suggested. Over beating could lead to butter.
Add condensed milk nd vanilla extract to the cream.
Mix/Beat well using an electric beater in medium speed. You can add sugar here if you want the ice cream to taste more sweet. But the condensed milk should be sweet enough generally. If you are beating manually, you need to beat for at least 30 minutes. Using electric beater, beat for 10 minutes.Stop when the consistency is thick and creamy!
Once the mix has been beaten well, move it to an air tight container and freeze for 4 hours to semi-set the ice cream. After 4 hours beat again for 10 minutes and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
