  • Cooking Method:
  • First of all, take a bowl. Add Mutton Mince, Salt, Ginger Paste, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder and mix these all
  • Now make round Kofta’s from this mixture
  • After this, add 4 cup water in a pan. Let it warm, then add kofta’s in this water and boil them for 30 Minutes
  • Next, Add Yogurt in a bowl, also add Salt, Ground red Chili, Ginger Powder, Cardamom Powder, Aniseed Powder, Coriander Powder & mix these all ingredients.
  • Then Add this Mixed Yogurt in a pan & Cook it at the low flame for 5 minutes
  • Now add Garam Masala, boiled Kofta’s and cook them for 5 Minutes
  • In the last, add Mint as a Garnishing
