Originating from the royal kitchens of the Mughal era, this korma is known for its creamy texture and complex flavors. Key ingredients include chicken, yogurt, and a mix of fragrant spices such as cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon, which give the korma its distinctive taste. The slow cooking process allows the flavors to meld beautifully, resulting in a dish that is both savory and slightly sweet.
