Murgh Kesari Handi is a traditional Pakistani dish, renowned for its rich and aromatic flavors. This creamy chicken curry is infused with the warm and exotic aroma of saffron, giving it a unique taste and a beautiful golden hue. The dish is cooked in a handi, a deep, narrow-mouthed cooking vessel, which helps to retain the flavors and moisture of the ingredients. Key components include tender chicken pieces, yogurt, garlic, ginger, and a blend of spices such as cumin and coriander. The use of saffron, often considered a luxurious spice, elevates the dish’s flavor profile, making it a favorite among those who enjoy authentic South Asian cuisine. Loved for its creamy texture and fragrant taste, Murgh Kesari Handi is often served with naan or steamed rice, making it a perfect choice for family dinners and special occasions.
