Murgh Kabab Muglai Recipe in Urdu
- Soak the chicken meat in ginger, garlic juice & salt for 1 hour.
- Now put corn flour in a cellophane bag, with little salt & black pepper.
- Add the marinated chicken into the bag, shake the bag very well.
- Now put the clarified butter in a pan, let it melt.
- As the clarified butter get hot, put the coated chicken into the hot clarified butter, fry it till it get golden brown color.
- Remove it from the hot clarified butter.
- Serve with green salad & hot beard.
