Directions

Step 1

Clean and prepare the lobsters, removing the shells and deveining them. Set aside.

Step 2

Grind mustard seeds into a fine paste with a little water. Set aside.

Step 3

Chop coriander leaves finely and set aside.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies to the onions. Cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.

Add mustard paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 7

Add lobsters to the pan, gently coating them with the spice mixture. Pour in water and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 8

Finally, add chopped coriander leaves. Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
