    Line the base of a springform, measuring about 23 cm in diameter, with aluminum foil.

    Grease the foil and dust with flour. Keep ready.

    Preheat the oven! Bake in medium temperature for about 50 minutes, or until fully cooked when tested with skewer.

    Remove the cake from the springform, turn it upside down and then place it back into the baking tin.

    Decorate:

    The cake with some slices of fresh lime before serving and dust with Icmg sugar.

    2 Limes, grated rind only add
    50 g almonds Peeled and ground add
    100 ml Olpers Cream add and mix all thoroughly
    250 g Flour
    2 tsp Baking powder sift into mixture and blend well.
