Lime Cake Recipe in Urdu
Pound Batter Dough
100 g Butter
200 g Fine sugarmix until creamy
3 Eggsadd one by one, mix well
2 Limes,grated rind only add
50 g almondsPeeled and ground add
100 ml Olpers Creamadd and mix all thoroughly
250 g Flour
2 tsp Baking powdersift into mixture and blend well.

1/4 glass Waterbring to boil
100 g Sugaradd and stir until sugar is dissolved
1/2 glass Orange juice
1/2 glass Lime juiceadd to syrup stir well and remove
Line the base of a springform, measuring about 23 cm in diameter, with aluminum foil.
Grease the foil and dust with flour. Keep ready.
Preheat the oven! Bake in medium temperature for about 50 minutes, or until fully cooked when tested with skewer.
Remove the cake from the springform, turn it upside down and then place it back into the baking tin.
The cake with some slices of fresh lime before serving and dust with Icmg sugar.
Lime Cake from heat Prick the top of the cake with
a skewer or a knitting needle several times.
Spoon the syrup over the warm cake until all is absorbed.
