Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut into cubes.

Finely chop lemongrass and garlic. Slice red chili.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add tofu and fry until golden. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add chopped lemongrass, garlic, and red chili. Sauté until fragrant.
