    Urdu Recipes

    Recipe Cooking Method:

    • -In a bowl add flour, ghee, salt, sugar and mix all together well.
    • -Add milk and gradually add water. Knead medium soft dough. Cover it with cling. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
    • -Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
    • -Roll out the dough and apply ghee and dust it with flour.
    • – -1st Method: Fold it as a fan plate. Apply some ghee on top of it and roll it out.
    • -Rest it for 10-15 minutes.
    • – -2nd Method: Roll out the dough quite thin.
    • -Apply ghee and dust it with flour.
    • -Cut it in a thin strip and then start folding from one side to the other.
    • -Then roll it around your hand and tie a knot.
    • -Rest it for 10-15 minutes.
    • -Now heat Tawa on medium flame.
    • -Roll out the paratha with your hands or rolling pin.
    • -Let it cook from one side then flip it over.
    • -Apply ghee and flip it again. Apply some more ghee. Cook until golden brown.
    • -Serve hot with Raita, Achaar etc.
