Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix minced beef with half of the onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, and salt. Form into small meatballs.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining onion and fry until golden brown.
