Kesar Zafrani Murgh Curry is a luxurious Indian dish renowned for its rich, aromatic flavors and creamy texture. Originating from the Mughlai cuisine, it combines the warmth of Indian spices with the exotic touch of saffron, known as ‘kesar’ in Hindi. The dish features succulent chicken cooked in a fragrant gravy made with onions, tomatoes, and a medley of spices. Saffron threads give it a distinctive golden hue and a subtle floral aroma that elevates the overall taste. Loved for its elegant presentation and the balance of spices, this curry is perfect for special occasions or a comforting weekend meal. Serve it with naan or rice to enjoy the full depth of flavors.
