Directions

Step 1

Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.

Step 2

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Step 3

Add ginger and garlic paste, cook for 2 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.

Step 5

Add coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Step 6

Add chicken pieces and green chilies. Cook until chicken is done.

Dissolve saffron in a little warm water and add to the kadhai. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes before serving.
