Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix ground chicken with half the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and salt. Form into small balls.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and fry the koftas until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Step 3

In the same pan, add remaining onion, sauté until golden. Add coriander and cumin, cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add coconut milk and fenugreek, stir well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Crush saffron in warm water and add to the sauce. Stir and add the fried koftas.

Step 6

Cover and let the koftas simmer in the sauce for 15 minutes. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
