Directions

Step 1

Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions.

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut into cubes.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Marinate the tofu cubes in this mixture for 20 minutes.

Peel and slice the lotus root thinly.
