Inflight Chicken Curry Recipe in Urdu





    Cooking Directions

    1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic powder, all the spices, food color and salt.
    2. Fry onions in oil until light brown, do not brown them.
    3. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, remove from flame.
    4. Blend tomatoes and onions into smooth paste.
    5. Again shift tomatoes and onion paste to the pan and turn on the flame.
    6. When all the water dries then add marinated chicken.
    7. Cook until chicken is tender.
    8. When chicken is done add capsicum and butter.
    9. Serve hot with plain rice or cumin rice.

    2 Capsicum (cut into dices)
    3 (sliced) Onion
    4 Tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
    1/2 cup Yogurt
    1 tsp Paprika Powder
    1 tsp Ginger powder
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Black pepper powder
    1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
    1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
    1 tsp Cumin powder
    1 tsp Coriander powder
    to taste Salt
    a pinch Yellow food color
    1/2 cup Oil
    1 tbsp Butter
