Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture. Cut into cubes.

Step 2

Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add tofu cubes and sauté until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.

Add sliced onion and red bell pepper, cooking until soft.

Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and a splash of water. Mix well.

Return tofu to the pan and add mizuna. Toss until mizuna is wilted.
