Directions

Step 1

Cook the rice according to package instructions until fluffy. Set aside.

Step 2

Slice the tofu into cubes and marinate in soy sauce and minced garlic for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Heat a pan with sesame oil and fry the tofu until golden brown on all sides. Remove from pan.

Step 4

Julienne the carrot and cucumber.

Step 5

Blanch the watercress briefly in boiling water and drain.

Step 6

In the same pan, fry eggs sunny-side up.

Step 7

To assemble, place a portion of rice in each bowl, arrange the tofu, vegetables, and an egg on top, and add a spoonful of gochujang. Mix well before eating.
