Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.

Step 2

Thinly slice the radishes and set aside.

Step 3

In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add tofu cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Step 4

In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.

Step 5

Add sliced radishes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

Step 6

Add gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the pan. Stir well to combine.

Step 7

Return tofu to the pan, toss everything together and cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
