Filet o Fish Burger Recipe in Urdu





    Cooking Directions

    1. Marinate fish with black pepper, salt, mustard powder, vinegar, flour and egg.
    2. Fold each fillet with crumbs and deep fry in oil.
    3. For tarter sauce: mix lemon juice, pickled onion, pickled cucumber, green chilies and boiled egg white with mayonnaise.
    4. Heat up burger buns on a pan. Place cheese slice, spread mayonnaise on one side of bun and butter on other side.
    5. Place each fillet on each bun. Spread some tarter sauce over it and place other half of bun.
    6. Serve with fries and coke.

    1/2 tsp Black pepper
