Recipe Cooking Method:                          

  • Add fennel seeds, cinnamon, cloves, black cardamom, cardamom, black pepper and chop everything well.
  • In a bowl add powdered sugar, yogurt, ghee, baking soda, egg and ground masala. Whisk everything well. Keep aside.
  • In another bowl add all-purpose flour, wheat flour, crushed coconut and mix it well.
  • Add liquid mixture and mix it well. Gradually add water & knead a soft dough.
  • Cover it and leave for overnight.
  • Make a ball and roll a thick disk and deep fry it on a medium flame.
