Directions

Step 1

Clean the prawns thoroughly, removing shells and veins. Pat dry.

Grind mustard, cilantro, green chilies, and garlic into a smooth paste.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the paste with turmeric, salt, and sugar. Add prawns and coat well.

Step 4

Heat mustard oil in a pan. Sauté sliced onions until translucent.

Add prawns and paste mixture to the pan. Stir for 5 minutes.
