Directions

Step 1

Peel and cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Boil until soft, then drain and set aside.

Step 2

Grind mustard seeds with green chili into a paste.

Step 3

Add water to achieve a smooth consistency.

Step 4

In a pan, heat mustard oil and sauté chopped onions and garlic until golden brown.

Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.

Step 6

In the same pan, add the mustard paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.

Step 7

Add boiled pumpkin and cooked shrimp to the mustard mixture. Mash and mix well.
