Directions

Step 1

Peel and devein the prawns. Set aside. Grind mustard seeds with a little water to make a paste.

Peel and slice the green mango into thin strips. Finely chop the coriander leaves.

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until golden brown.

Add mustard paste, turmeric powder, and cumin powder. Stir for 2 minutes.

Add prawns and cook until they turn pink.

Mix in green mango strips and green chilies. Cook for another 5 minutes.
