    1. Heat oil and add red chili, salt, turmeric, mustard seeds, dry fenugreek leaves and curry leaves.
    2. Fry them, when aroma is given off, add onion and fry till they turn golden brown.
    3. Now add yogurt, green chilis and boiled potatoes cut is small pieces. Garnish with coriander and chopped green chili.
    4. Cover and simmer, yogurt batata is ready to serve.

    1 tbsp Fenugreek dry leaf
    2 tsp Red chilies chopped
    ½ tsp Turmeric
