
Dahi Batata (Yogurt Batata) Recipe in Urdu

½ kg Potatoesboiled

1 Onion

4 Green chilies

½ bunch Fresh coriander

4 Curry leaves

½ cup Oil

250 gm Yogurt

½ tsp Mustard seeds

1 tsp Hot spiceground

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Fenugreek dry leaf

2 tsp Red chilieschopped

½ tsp Turmeric
Directions
Cooking Directions
- Heat oil and add red chili, salt, turmeric, mustard seeds, dry fenugreek leaves and curry leaves.
- Fry them, when aroma is given off, add onion and fry till they turn golden brown.
- Now add yogurt, green chilis and boiled potatoes cut is small pieces. Garnish with coriander and chopped green chili.
- Cover and simmer, yogurt batata is ready to serve.
