Directions

Step 1

Steam the lobsters for 10 minutes. Once done, remove the meat and set aside.

In a pan, heat water and infuse it with chrysanthemum blossoms for 5 minutes. Strain and keep the liquid.

In another pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add osmanthus and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
